Farm, fine wine, chopping wood, feeding horses, traveling the world, mountains, and waters.

The fine life is here.

We don't have the sea, but we face a quiet private lake.

Can sunbathe in the lake, or fish freely.

Stay away from the crowds, watch the lake and the hills, the blue sky, and the white clouds, and enjoy the quiet years.

And this enjoyment is not only during the holidays but also during your daily routine.

Kelowna

When it comes to Kelowna, I have to mention the legendary Okanagan Lake with a water monster. Okanagan Lake is the most famous summer vacation and retirement location in Canada and North America. It is called Canada's Eden.  The central area of Okanagan Lake is composed of East and West Kelowna, Lake Country and Westbank. It has a permanent population of nearly 260,000. With the local government's urban development strategy, it has transformed from an elderly tourism resort city to a younger, high-tech city.  Many high-tech companies (such as Disney, SONY, etc.) and talent education institutions (UBC universities, etc.) have been called to set up research and teaching institutions. At the same time, a large number of young science and technology talents in Canada's BC, AB, and Europe and the United States also follow.  The population aged 30 to 34 has grown by 21.6% in just a few years. Now the Kelowna city government has set the population development target of the Okanagan Lake central area to 500,000. The government's direction is to attract more young people who are willing to come and let more young people aged 25 to 40 be willing to settle down for a long time.

Okanagan Lake is 135 kilometers long. East Kelowna and West Kelowna are located on both sides of Okanagan Lake and are connected by a bridge.  The Okanagan area is one of the two largest ice wine-producing areas in Canada. There are more than 200 wineries located in the orchards on both sides of the lake. Many farms will be open for picking in the summer. Cherry in July and yellow peach in August.  The grapes in September and the apples in October are special products here.  In the summer, many people come here to play golf or play outdoor sports. The water sports here are also a highlight of the summer, such as beaches, yachts, swimming, and even music festivals.  Don't think that Kelowna is only attractive in summer. There are two major ski resorts, Big White and Silver Star; and Sparkling Hill, a top North American spa hotel built by the Swarovski family, so there are also skiing hobbies in the world in winter.  People come to ski and soak in the hot springs.

Kelowna Official Tour Introduction

Kelowna is the largest inland city in British Columbia, Canada. It takes about 4 hours to drive to Vancouver, 4.5 hours to Calgary, and 1.5 hours to the United States. Kelowna Airport is an international airport. There are about 10 flights to and from Vancouver, and the flight time is only 50 minutes. In addition, there are flights to Calgary, Edmonton, Seattle, Toronto, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Mexico bumpy, Cuba Varadero, and other places.

The project is located on a hill next to Highway 97 on the beautiful Okanagan Lake, only 3.4 kilometers (5 minutes drive) from the commercial center of West Kelowna. Water on the side platform, fishing, boating. There is a good elementary school near the community, which can meet the needs of young families and children entering the community.

Market Analysis

With the change of Okanagan Lake's development strategy and the influx of a large number of young high-tech talents, the real estate transaction volume has increased by 15-20% in the past 2 to 3 years. According to the CBC report, only 0.3% of homes were purchased in Kelowna by non-residents (foreigners) in 2017.

Most of the developed properties on the market have no scenes, no clubhouses, and communities consist of 10 to 20 households with low-end features. In a unique environment like ours, with a full lake view, a standard 18-hole GOLF club near the community.  The community owns about 2,000 square feet of the clubhouse, waterfront access, and large square footage high-end community is particularly scarce.  So we decided on the following groups as our core target customer groups:

  1.  Immigrated to Kelowna to work, a high-tech elite group of 28-38 years old with a small family.

  2.  People who like the weather and environment of Kelowna, want to own a holiday villa in Kelowna, do not live in winter, and vacation there in summer (such villas have community management, safe and reliable).

  3. Now living in AB, BC, the border area between the United States, but like the weather and environment of Kelowna. Want to retire to high-income affluent people living in Kelowna after retirement.

  4. I would like to invite a few friends to a group of elderly people in cities with beautiful surroundings, good medical and mature living facilities.

  5. Now living in an independent villa in Kelowna. With the increase of age, do not want to take care of the villa, but like to have a small garden connected to the earth and live in the crowd.

  6. The retired US Navy's love of water is a major reason for them to like Kelowna, this is a large group.

  7. Like golf, play on the 18-hole during the day, red wine at night, and enjoy the happy people in life.

Community Garden Design

The landscaping of the residential area leads directly to the lake area. You can take a boat from the dock of the residential area, fish, or barbecues by the lake.  Fruits such as cherries, grapes, yellow peaches, and apples will be planted in the community for the residents to enjoy free of charge.
